Notarise and apostille documents for China
On 8 March 2023 PR China joined the Hague Convention on Apostilles.
The Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents came into force 7 November 2023. Since then there is no need to get a consulate stamp from the Chinese Consulate.
You just need an Apostille from the Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCDO). This proves a Notary has signed the document.
We provide a Next Day Apostille Service, that gives set turnaround time for your documents. This gives you more certainty about when you can complete things.
