Documents that are required for use in Brazil, need to be notarised by UK Notary Public and then have an Apostille affixed by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office confirming the Notary’s signature and seal.

Brazil joined the Hague Convention on Apostilles on the 2 December 2015 and this came into effect from 14th August 2016.
