Annual Update Statement - Register of Overseas Entities

Once an Overseas Entity has registered with Companies House, it is legally required to submit an annual update statement to ensure the information on the Register is correct

We can take care of this for you in a with our streamlined and hassle-free service.

The steps involved in the process depend on whether there are any changes regarding the registered information of the Entity.

The Annual Update Statement Process

If there are no changes

  •  If you did not use our services for the initial registration of the Entity and you would like us to assist with the annual update then please complete our contact form.
  •  If we did assist with the initial registration of the Entity then please send an email to the team to begin the process: notary@notarypublicinlondon.com
  • Once you have confirmed that there are no changes, we will request an authentication code from Companies House. The code will be sent to the email address registered for the Entity.
  •  You provide the code to us.
  • We file the annual update statement with Companies House.

  • If there are changes to be made

  • If you did not use our services for the initial registration of the Entity and you would like us to assist with the annual update then please complete our contact form. On the form you will outline the current information and then specify exactly what needs to be updated. If there are trusts involved then please email us in the first instance; notary@notarypublicinlondon.com
  • If we did assist with the initial registration of the Entity then please send an email to the team outlining the changes to be filed: notary@notarypublicinlondon.com
  • Once we have completed our verification work and are ready to submit the update we will request an authentication code from Companies House. The code will be sent to the email address registered for the Entity.
  • You provide the code to us.
  • We file the annual update with changes to Companies House.
  • We are required to verify each change in a similar manner to the initial registration with Companies House.
